      Decent role back then, not sure if its still a thing these days. Learned a lot about b2b sales, prospecting, forecasting, learning to build relationships with business owners, c-level execs and more.

      Cons

      Limited salary increase. Kept all my day to day duties and targets even though I was out of the shop for onside visits with clients.

      Politics all over the organisation, behaviors are poor and non focused, decision architecture is none existent and leadership is very poor.
