      The job itself wasn't too bad

      Cons

      the salary was not great and the management was horrible, they only care about numbers even if that means negatively affecting your mental health and there is no career progression whatsoever

      Innovative talent all over Vodafone

      Cons

      Politics all over the organisation, behaviors are poor and non focused, decision architecture is none existent and leadership is very poor.
