      Since it was my first job, everybody were very helpful. I learn a lot and I still do. There is not much pressure to the juniors.

      Cons

      The specific department that I work for, is not so good organized. That leads to not knowing what to do sometimes

      Innovative talent all over Vodafone

      Politics all over the organisation, behaviors are poor and non focused, decision architecture is none existent and leadership is very poor.
