      maybe the only pros is the New generation Smartphone :)

      Cons

      Bad managment they doesn't care about employes. No one provide training and all the Team is always unavailable to help the newbies. TL doesn't know nothing about sales and often they doesn't know tools etc

      Innovative talent all over Vodafone

      Politics all over the organisation, behaviors are poor and non focused, decision architecture is none existent and leadership is very poor.
