      Great compensation and benefits, compared with other companies.

      Cons

      Too messy. Too many work teams participate in a project, and that is too difficult to manage. Still working following Waterfall, rather than Agile.

      Innovative talent all over Vodafone

      Politics all over the organisation, behaviors are poor and non focused, decision architecture is none existent and leadership is very poor.
