Pros
- Sales team well integrated - Pays reasonably well to those from good B schools - Transparency in action (Everyone needs to perform, and those who dont, face the heat - even senior guys)
Cons
- HR does not care about employees who are not in the circle Headquarters. So if you are not in Bombay or NCR or Bangalore or Kolkata and are in another city, there will be no one taking care of your work life balance. And even if you complain, you will get nothing in return.
