Pros
Flexibility, home office, metro station, giant office
Cons
Ridiculous raises, no respect, not utilzing employees' knowledge and expertise, very hard to make a career move: the tendency is that you need to stay in one position for many many years (4-5) to be able to get acknowledged and get a better job, otherwise you will receive a raise of 40EUR (!). The general level of English of both employees and the management is very poor which make things very hard and difficult for foreigners. Expertise is not much of a thing either, since most decisions are made based on politics and personal sympathy and even personal attraction (!). Apart from this, every year so many teams are losing their job due to the overall greediness of the corporate: jobs are being constantly transferred to India. It is impossible to plan for years, the only thing you know is that you have a job for the next fiscal year. They try to put you into stupid position to stay, but salary raise is excluded and the new job is a compromise since it might not be on your path. The corporate culture very very old fashioned, hierarchic, disrespectful and unmodern. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
