Pros
Everything related to pay and benefits is very good - salary, annual bonus, performance bonuses, meal allowance, etc... The tech stack is cutting-edge, although still not being used to its full potential (some systems and applications are still transitioning into it).
Cons
Working conditions and environment keeps getting worse due to budget cuts, which ends up stacking more work on top of the best performers and hardest workers.
