Poor culture and over works employees - Anonymous employee Upwork Employee Review

The culture is so poor and it seems as though no one really cared about the people but only the bottom line. The expectation is for employees to work excessively and if you're unable to keep up it reflects poorly. There were several leaders that had a complete disregard for others and even when escalated nothing is done.
