      Global workplace with some diverse talent (even if not internal)

      Cons

      Bureaucracy, 6 rounds of interviews. Not kidding. Thats more than any FAANG company would dare conduct. Zero transparency on upcoming interviews, ghosting after interviews etc.

      Pay and benefits were pretty good. Only reason I stayed.

      Cons

      Chaotic leadership. People are constantly busy doing things that don't matter as there is no clear understanding of what the strategy is or what success looks like.
