Horrible Treatment of Employees - Enterprise Account Executive Upwork Employee Review

Hired huge numner of sales reps with nor suppourt on job speciufic training. No one was able to get anywhere close to quota. Leadership was non existence. One day we get an all hands zoom meeting with 15 minutes notice put on our calendar. 130+ people let go with zero notice.
