Upwork is a great place to make money and be at the front of the staffing industry. They are building an incredible platform to help company's be successful! I would recommend all business leaders to engage with Upwork.
Cons
The Executive Sales leaders need to go! They are bringing the same poor culture from the same company everyone use to work for. They've had their chance and nothing seems to be working with getting new clients. They need to act faster before we loose to our competitors.
The HR and Sales leaders have built an organization that doesn't foster growth or career advancement. We continue to take steps back!

Pay and benefits were pretty good. Only reason I stayed.

Chaotic leadership. People are constantly busy doing things that don't matter as there is no clear understanding of what the strategy is or what success looks like.
