The team is international and you get to work with people from different backgrounds, so communication is mostly in English and the environment is open. Management trusts you to deliver without micromanaging, and there's room to take ownership of your work if you show initiative.
Cons
Career progression isn't very clear — promotions and salary reviews depend a lot on who notices your work rather than a defined path. Communication across time zones can sometimes be slow, and decisions occasionally take longer than they should. Tools and processes could be better organized in some areas.
