      Work culture is the best I've seen so far in any place.

      So far I can't think on any cons, I guess those depends very much on the team you are, but for me everything has neem great.

      Pay and benefits were pretty good. Only reason I stayed.

      Chaotic leadership. People are constantly busy doing things that don't matter as there is no clear understanding of what the strategy is or what success looks like.
