There are good research teams and teaching areas, managed by excepcional individuals.
Cons
-The student seem to be the last consideration of management. -The management does not encourage nor foster research quality and merit. -There are NO career opportunities; the positions opened during the last years lack decent wages (below 1200€/month) or minimum stability, and most of the non-tenured talented staff I know has already left this university.
