      Good place to work and very structured process Good HR policies, Management is good, salary is good for entry level positions.

      Cons

      middle and senior level managers enjoy higher salary benefits, more importance to cut cost by HQ and not much progress in improving business

      Pros

      The company does a good job communicating what their ongoing and ultimate goals are.

      Cons

      Advancement opportunities don't seem to be the most clear or abundant, but it's also convoluted and could heavily depend on which team you're hired onto since it's a contracting company.
