      Many employees have been able to become virtual employees. they strike a decent balance between work and life

      Cons

      Direction less and CYA are a way of life. More and more cut backs to squeeze as much as they can out of each employee.

      Pros

      The company does a good job communicating what their ongoing and ultimate goals are.

      Cons

      Advancement opportunities don't seem to be the most clear or abundant, but it's also convoluted and could heavily depend on which team you're hired onto since it's a contracting company.
