      Pros

      You may be placed on a customer site who has challenging projects and problems to solve. The 401K plan is ok, but you need to sell the Unisys stock as soon as they give it to you. Otherwise it will depreciate quickly.

      Cons

      Bureaucratic, Archaic and lacks long term vision. The company seems content with it's elderly state and is approaching it's retirement age.

      Pros

      The company does a good job communicating what their ongoing and ultimate goals are.

      Cons

      Advancement opportunities don't seem to be the most clear or abundant, but it's also convoluted and could heavily depend on which team you're hired onto since it's a contracting company.
