      Upper management is a joke. Current Director is a joke, he has no clue what he's doing and he's running good employees out faster than they can hire them. He is a bully and doesn't know how to listen

      Pros

      The company does a good job communicating what their ongoing and ultimate goals are.

      Cons

      Advancement opportunities don't seem to be the most clear or abundant, but it's also convoluted and could heavily depend on which team you're hired onto since it's a contracting company.
