      Pros

      Great place to get education. Communication with management is great and the opportunities to learn new skills make this company a great place to work.

      Cons

      The work structure is different from other companies but it does not affect the work. Password management for the intranet is not uniform and the single sign on only work for some sites.

      Pros

      The company does a good job communicating what their ongoing and ultimate goals are.

      Cons

      Advancement opportunities don't seem to be the most clear or abundant, but it's also convoluted and could heavily depend on which team you're hired onto since it's a contracting company.
