Leadership is not accountable for anything. No Support Structure in place for ES. Biz Ops is a bottleneck and counter to productivity. They've bitten off more than they can chew on. You have to find pockets outside of ES if you want anyone to help you. ES leadership, more like ES sinkingship. Sales is not enabled. They are completely disabled. No faith or confidence in leadership, poor decision making. Too many leaders and directors and they keep firing everyone who doesn't rank in their eyes. Too much of the same - everyone in leadership is from Dell. Rash decisions, blind leading the blind. Restructure, and fire everyone. Then 1 qtr later go back to the old structure and fire more people. You really can't make this stuff up. Good people are quitting daily. Good for them. Hopefully I'm next. All of the good talent is walking out the front door. You keep firing employees, how bout you fire some leadership too as an act of good faith.
