      * Profitable company = stability * Strong brand * Great breakfasts, lunches, snacks, Thursday drinks and occasional corporate events * Modern office, convenient location * Smart colleagues * Nice perks (e.g. monthly credits you can use on Uber Rides and Uber Eats) * Relocation to another office within the company is possible * Very diverse team

      Cons

      * Large company = slow growth (2-3 years until promotion at L3 level and this number only increases as you grow) * Average compensation (compared to other Big Tech - maybe even below average)

      Pros

      I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month

      Cons

      The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
