To the staffing coordinator at Uber Bangalore, On more than one occasion, I had different individuals from Uber recruiting reach out for recruitment opportunities through Linkedin. After responding to the message, I never heard back from them again. If they are not interested in following through, why even bother sending a message and wasting people's time. Quite unprofessional behaviour especially for someone trying to hire for senior positions and this does not reflect well on your organization.
