9yThanks for the thorough review, your candor is appreciated. A few things you mention in your cons are key areas we're working on improving in the P&P org right now. Namely, revamping the Perf process and improving manager training/support are two of the immediate priorities for our org. I'm optimistic our new leadership is making the right moves to make Uber a better place to work for everyone, now and in the many years to come.
