Pros

* A few friendly and positive colleagues * Some hard working employees breaking their back day and night * Amazing office (outside view!) * A few hard working and dedicated managers.

Cons

* Many managers end up being damagers. * Extreme nepotism at almost all levels of management. * Makes you work very hard, for average salary. * Very difficult to find a life outside of UST Global. * Just look at the company's Wikipedia page and edits there. It is hilarious. Almost like a "water spraying competition". * They change your projects from one to another so that you will always be working on unfamiliar technologies, and will never be able to specialize in anything. * If you are not from Kerala, you will find it hard to work here.

Pros

Excellent work-life balance with supportive managers, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities to work on enterprise projects. Good learning environment with exposure to modern cloud technologies and collaborative teams.

Cons

Compensation could be more competitive compared to the market. Career growth and promotion timelines can be slow, and project allocation sometimes depends on client demand rather than employee interests.
