- Very low pay for those without a Engineering degree with small opportunities for promotion
- Small bonuses and raises due to work being easy
- Required to be onsite 5 days a week
- No amenities onsite (gym, lunch, and snacks). Only Coffee, water, and tea is provided
- Majority of Senior Management do not have experience working at other companies
- A lot of rules for security purposes. No phones or backpacks are allowed in working areas but management doesn't provide employees with locks or enough lockers to secure their belongings.
- During the summer depending on your shift everyone is required to work 4:30 am - 4:30 pm
