Pros
Pay well, flexible, buys out good companies but destroys them afterwards
Cons
if you give feedback towards management thats perceived as negative in any way, or file a grievance - your reputation will be destroyed overnight, and you will be continuously disciplined towards an eventual dismissal. Saw this with 4 employees to date. Unfortunately the management team placed after a restructure has very old ideas. If you are female your life here will be difficult. Don't be fooled by a female leadership - underneath that top line its an old school boys club all the way down.
