6yUL certainly offers great benefits and interesting work – you’re right! It’s unfortunate you’ve experienced some negativity at your location; it sounds inconsistent with the feedback we hear from the majority of UL employees. We trust you’ve informed your manager and/or HR of these concerns, and we hope you can serve as a positive example to others who may be struggling. As a Supervisor, you have several tools offered by UL to navigate difficult conversations with your teams.
