      Pros

      Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The canteen and office are very modern and green. They really seem to care about career advancement with quarterly check ins to see where you want to go in your career and how you get there. Work is completely flexible and very understanding about your time and life outside of work as long as you are doing your job

      Cons

      Quite a lot of change, the business seems to restructure semi-regularly although this seems to affect our US colleagues a lot more Some teams can be sluggish and have a "not my job" attitude to collaboration
