Pros

Trinity supports your growth with personalized coaching and prioritizes in-house promotions. Work life balance is better than most consultancies, even if there is a little salary tradeoff. If you're interested in the life sciences, especially analytics, this is the place to be.

Cons

Pay is slightly below industry standards, and often groups and teams can be cliquey. Strategic advisory is a cult and very variable in culture by partner. With Trinity, you either love it and will never leave, or will be ready to leave after 2-years.

Thanks for sharing! I'm so happy to hear that you are having a positive experience all around. I acknowledge your feedback around pay and variability in team cultures. These are important areas for us to consider as we strive to improve. Same with the hybrid model - we'll take this into account as we collect feedback. Thanks for being here, and appreciate your insights!

Pros

Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams, with a genuine openness to feedback and iteration. There’s meaningful opportunity to shape processes, frameworks, and go-to-market materials, so your work can have real impact. You get exposure to strategic initiatives and leadership conversations beyond your immediate role. The team is made up of thoughtful, capable colleagues who care about delivering high-quality work, and there’s a consistent focus on improving and refining outputs.

Cons

With continued growth, there is an opportunity to further mature and standardize processes to drive greater consistency and efficiency at scale. Enhancing clarity around frameworks and cross-functional alignment will further strengthen execution as priorities continue to evolve.

Pros

There are pockets of people at Trinity that are really genuine and incredible people.

Cons

Aside from those pockets of people there’s no shortage of privilege and ego everywhere you look. There’s a group of people at the company that have been there since the early days that ruin the culture and stunt the growth of the organization. They’re stuck in old ways and because of their seniority they manage to push out a lot of the people that try to come in and make real change happen. If you’re into heavy office politics this is the place for you.
