Pros

- There are some friendly and nice people around, but you have to identify and find them - If you are favored, promotions could come quickly

Cons

- High turnovers, many capable and talented people left or on the way out - Externally hired engagement managers are either underperforming or not doing their job at all, while internally promoted EMs could be a hit-or-miss - Lack of consultants, with SCs (lacking growth opportunities) and ACs (inexperienced) to fill the working team - Credit is not recognized, performance is not rewarded - Favoritism is extremely evident, making promotions non-merit-based (Top-performers might not be promoted due to subjective/BS reasons, less competent colleagues might be promoted due to favoritism even with comparable/worse shortcomings) - LTs kept on making empty promises they could not fulfill - The HR team is often dysfunctional and unprofessional - LT and some MTs are evident with confirmation and self-serving bias (hearing what they want to hear, and ignoring what they don't) - Compensation is lower than industry standards at the same level

Thanks for sharing your feedback. It's clear that you've had a mixed experience, and we genuinely appreciate your honesty. These are some good takeaways for me to discuss with our HRBPs, if you hadn't done so already. We are striving for a culture that is based upon real-time feedback, which sounds like it would help some of the issues you are facing. We understand that everyone has a different experience, but appreciate your thoughts and perspective. Your feedback is essential for us to grow and improve.

Pros

Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams, with a genuine openness to feedback and iteration. There’s meaningful opportunity to shape processes, frameworks, and go-to-market materials, so your work can have real impact. You get exposure to strategic initiatives and leadership conversations beyond your immediate role. The team is made up of thoughtful, capable colleagues who care about delivering high-quality work, and there’s a consistent focus on improving and refining outputs.

Cons

With continued growth, there is an opportunity to further mature and standardize processes to drive greater consistency and efficiency at scale. Enhancing clarity around frameworks and cross-functional alignment will further strengthen execution as priorities continue to evolve.

Pros

There are pockets of people at Trinity that are really genuine and incredible people.

Cons

Aside from those pockets of people there’s no shortage of privilege and ego everywhere you look. There’s a group of people at the company that have been there since the early days that ruin the culture and stunt the growth of the organization. They’re stuck in old ways and because of their seniority they manage to push out a lot of the people that try to come in and make real change happen. If you’re into heavy office politics this is the place for you.
