Pros

Trinity is an amazing place to build a long term career in life sciences and work with the top companies in biotech and pharma. It is very common to work in the hottest areas in biopharma -- gene therapy, CRISPR, immunology / oncology, neurology, etc. The people and culture are fantastic -- I've made a lot of lifelong friends here. Promotion timelines are very fast for high achievers

Cons

We are growing into a bigger company which comes with difficulties; but we keep the small company feel within the pod level.

Thank you for helping us grow, and for growing with us over the last 10+ years! We hear you that with growth comes some difficulties, but know we are in great hands with Dave, Leslie, and the rest of the Leadership Team. - Sarah Zeoli

Pros

Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams, with a genuine openness to feedback and iteration. There’s meaningful opportunity to shape processes, frameworks, and go-to-market materials, so your work can have real impact. You get exposure to strategic initiatives and leadership conversations beyond your immediate role. The team is made up of thoughtful, capable colleagues who care about delivering high-quality work, and there’s a consistent focus on improving and refining outputs.

Cons

With continued growth, there is an opportunity to further mature and standardize processes to drive greater consistency and efficiency at scale. Enhancing clarity around frameworks and cross-functional alignment will further strengthen execution as priorities continue to evolve.

Pros

Good exposure to cutting edge innovation in life sciences industry, strong mentorship, some leaders genuinely care about you and your contributions

Cons

After associate Principal, the path to leadership is slow and vague. Burnout common among management team members. Large attrition seen in Senior Consultants and Engagement Managers and not enough is done to backfill with experienced hires
