Pros

Leadership team truly cares about each and every employee at the company, and most do their best to get to know you regardless of your level/position. The company allows for a lot of autonomy and career growth, and it is an environment that encourages challenging yourself and the status quo.

Cons

Trinity is growing, alot, and there are some growing pains. Leadership needs to focus on the reason why so many people fell in love with Trinity over the past few years: the culture - and make sure we do not lose that. Also, compensation and benefits are falling behind.

I couldn't agree more with the investment in the staff from our Leadership Team! As someone who has been here for over 5 years, this is something that has been a constant 'pro' on my list as well. We always keep culture front and center when managing our growth and from recent conversations with the Leadership Team, this is on their radar. Thanks for being here! - Sarah Zeoli

Pros

Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams, with a genuine openness to feedback and iteration. There’s meaningful opportunity to shape processes, frameworks, and go-to-market materials, so your work can have real impact. You get exposure to strategic initiatives and leadership conversations beyond your immediate role. The team is made up of thoughtful, capable colleagues who care about delivering high-quality work, and there’s a consistent focus on improving and refining outputs.

Cons

With continued growth, there is an opportunity to further mature and standardize processes to drive greater consistency and efficiency at scale. Enhancing clarity around frameworks and cross-functional alignment will further strengthen execution as priorities continue to evolve.

Pros

Good exposure to cutting edge innovation in life sciences industry, strong mentorship, some leaders genuinely care about you and your contributions

Cons

After associate Principal, the path to leadership is slow and vague. Burnout common among management team members. Large attrition seen in Senior Consultants and Engagement Managers and not enough is done to backfill with experienced hires
