Pros

Good pay Great bonus helps with plans you wish to make Training has improved alot over the past 6 months

Cons

Teamleaders that are recruited to this department by management all seem to know how to mis treat there staff, a question must have been placed into the interview saying do u have respect for people? ( If no you have the job) If your ever off poorly signed off with mental health issue or family bereavements etc expect to be backstabbed Pregnant people are treated with alot of disrespect You constantly get micromanaged or have individuals questions your ability or speed of you work -even though the team leaders could input to help the team more when it's manicly busy which is 70% of the time All I suggest is make friends in other teams and staff which are the same level as yourself so u have at least some positive energy around you I'm writing this review for alot of people that are to scared to say anything or go home everyday upset

Cons

As a contractor, the expectations were extremely high while the benefits, recognition, and job security were significantly lower compared to full-time employees. Contractors were often expected to handle multiple responsibilities due to constant pressure from upper management to reduce headcount, creating a stressful and draining work environment. Despite proving your value through consistent performance over years, contractors still seemed overlooked for growth opportunities. In some cases, employees with only a few months of tenure were promoted into full-time roles, while experienced contractors were passed over. There was also a noticeable amount of workplace politics, and at times the culture did not feel fully inclusive or supportive. Compensation was decent, but overall work-life balance, contractor treatment, and career progression opportunities need major improvement
