      Pros

      - they have a health program which indeed is helpful (but also needed due to lacking work-life balance) - people working for thoughtworks seem to be smart - working with MACs - relocation support

      Cons

      - extensive pairing culture which leaves people exhausted if they thrive in deep focus work. Also nothing for rather introvert people - work life balance not really existing despite their tries to promote it - career growth options limited as you would need to bend your aspirations more towards what thoughtworks currently needs for their clients - clients always first with limited options to find or get a nice project where you are interested in
