      There are still some awesome colleagues and coworkers

      In the last 2.5 years culture has degraded tremendously, management still does big talk about how great our culture is, but it is just corporate talk with nothing left of the special sauce that used to make this place unique RSU and stock options aren't worth almost anything and they just keep loosing their value The available work for for people in software delivery is getting less interesting, loosing autonomy and shifting towards staff augmentation
