      Their culture of personal and professional growth, tech excellence, work-life balance, inclusion, technical responsibility, sustainability, wellness and mental health and knowing that there is a network of thousands of professionals ready to help you at any time...

      Cons

      It's a consultancy so you have to be willing to change projects every year or so and to work with external teams. For me having the possibility to change projects is an advantage, but maybe there are people for whom it is not.
