Pros

Free food that is only benefit or may be macbook

Cons

Thoughtworks has really gone down it is become such a unstable company they laid off me because I did not had project and I was on bench but the thing is they did not had any open roles very few and it did not worked out and suddenly they laid off me. I was a new hire only 6 months had passed if that was the case then why they hired me if they had to fire me. No proper intimation just out of blue they inform me about this the staffing team is so unresponsible they donot how to tag people according to there tech stack to right roles. They donot have sufficient project so please consider before coming here I committed a big mistake doing this as I thought it is a good brand but inside it is worse. Ultimately they will make you responsible for not getting project even though it is there responsibility.

Pros

I've had a great experience building my career at Thoughtworks. One of the things that stands out most is the culture. It's collaborative, supportive, and filled with people who genuinely want to help each other succeed. Thoughtworks has also provided me with meaningful opportunities for career growth. I've been encouraged to take on new challenges, develop new skills, and explore different career paths. Leaders have been approachable and supportive, and I've always felt empowered to own my development rather than being confined to a single role. Like any organization, we’ve had our ups and downs. But the people and the commitment to continuous learning have remained consistent strengths. If you're looking for a place where you can grow professionally, work with smart and passionate people, and be part of a culture that values collaboration and innovation, Thoughtworks is a great place to build your career.

Cons

None that I can think of right now.
