I worked for an prior employer who owned the the store I was working at… every thing was great customer come in and loved our service.the customer makes my day every time
Cons
There is a new owner and now customers can’t stand to come in the store, unless they really have to.. the new owner raised all the prices… for notaries they charges a convenience fee for every Notary they do… they are trying to add a fee on the PMB which I believe is illegal , as well as the notary having an convenience fee. Also the owner is using other people book to do notaries without asking certification.. not asking ppl for IDENTIFICATION to ship packages or taking anything for notary. All of this just to get more money out of people and then tell you with a straight face its the ups policy now.. also they refuse to hire another kind but their own.
