Manager is amazing, constantly busy so time moves fast and there always something to do.

When too many people get there, it really does become chaotic but that is pretty rare.

Due to understaffing, certain staff gets more hours. Decent enough pay compared to other companies, if you're patient enough (several years later) you can finally move up. You'll do decently if you're put under a decent manager.

Always understaffed and managers say we are "overstaffed", managers can influence raises to some degree by what they say and their employee biases, etc.
