Pros
Easy to get into it.
Cons
Hahahah where do i start!! So, this greedy company sat on its billones (i see why!) refused to pay me earnings earnt from my last pay slip to when i resigned. Approx £1500!! If this is how they treat ex employees no wonder they are so wealthy!! Getting un touch with HR with this company is an utter joke. There is no way of making contact with HR directly, un the end this was causing me so much stress i gave up Trying to get my money owed. Employees and managers there are miserable af, theres a select few that are genuinely pleasant, but the majority will literally just blank you. Theres no compromise on the rota, i was there for almost a yr and every rota change request was refused (i waited about 6 months before request) so be prepped to have literally no social life. Managers favor certain workers giving them the same job everyday which is easier, frankly bonidle work. Theres no buddy up for new employees, once youve had your training you are literally a number and expected to work beyond what a new worker is capable of, If you make a mistake management are vile and prompt to be critical and very slow to praise. Avoid this place, unless you are looking for temp season work. AVOID!
