Pros
Great team vaules, depends on where you work but the customers are friendly, the pay is great and there are good pay in regards to unsociable hours too
Cons
i worked in an express store, a lot of the time we were understaffed, tesco like to employ customer assistants under a 16 hour contract which is impossible to live on
