Pros
Good flexibility, good holiday pay, options to progress, options to learn if show willing to do so. Excellent in accommodating student needs in recent years
Cons
Poor management in certain departments, with lack of motivation and work ethic which in some situations has caused problems with the store's morale. However once the managers rotate this problem tends to amend itself. To progress must go above and beyond, however, many who try don't get far without brown nosing.
