Pros

Don't even try to give any interview for this project. Try to avoid this project at all cost just run for your life situation if you get any call from this project. It is the worst project in TCS history. Let me give you the details.

Cons

1. No work life balance minimum 12 hours of working every day, they don't consider that Saturday and Sunday are weekend they will make you work on weekends also that to for minimum 12-14 hours. 2. Using one of the oldest technology so no scope for growth. 3. Once you are trapped here they will not going to give you release for 5 years. 4. No work from home concept even in this current pendimic. 5. No cafeteria in office as it is a sbi building. 6. You have to sit with the clients in the same floor and have to answer their senseless queries. 7. Even after working for 12-14 hours they give you C band(lowest). 8. Worst senior management. 9. Here employees are not treated as humans, they doesn't follow any ethics, they will call you at any time even 2am and ask you to solve production issue. 10. They will not give you leave also. 11. You will not going to learn anything here for your future switch because they are using oldest technology that are not used anywhere in the world.

Pros

Large client base. Talented people, have "cracked the code" on offshoring development and support.

Cons

For anyone used to working in US-based firms, the culture and politics will be difficult to understand and navigate. Internal policies and systems focus on the offshore delivery center model. Roles in the US do not fit into that mold, and obtaining approvals for simple expenses can require weeks and insanely high approval chains given the size of TCS. I needed approval from a global division head (a CEO direct-report) just to pay for a short training course. Missions of different departments are not clearly defined, so overlap and conflict are common.
