      friendly environment, payments on time

      Cons

      little invest at onsite. Company process oriented but little awareness client of needs as lot of process prevent you to deliver with quality. Office quality very poor. IT assets quite old and slow (desktops and laptops) network filtered completely and access to email very painfull. Usage of Lotus Notes which was good in 1990.

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      Cons

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
