      good for fresher to start career.

      Cons

      very less hike so not considerable , no promotion and strict WFO for 5 day and apprisal cycle is always delayed till may month every year .

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
