      Relatively consistent schedule, team lead adjacent without all of the lead responsibilities (store dependent), ability to be relatively creative within the role with merchandising.

      Cons

      The workload is unbearable with constant hour/payroll cuts. You'll get pulled in so many directions trying to complete everything. You're given very few resources, if any to accomplish your workload.

      Cons

      If you do not have great availability, then this career will not suit you. You will rotating weekends off, but your schedule will based off business needs.
