      Pros

      Nice place to work. People are helpful when you start and are not sure what to do. Been there for several months, and I really enjoy working there. Management is great to work with. If you have personal issue, they will work with you.

      Cons

      Underpaid. I think if they would pay little more, they might attracted others to join.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
