If you get lucky, you'll have a team that's fun to work with and helpful managers
Cons
Raises are a joke. They only need you more when they have 'visits' and for the holidays. They train you in all areas so you never actually get anything done 100% and then they wonder why nothing is done. Corporate greed makes this company unbearable to work for. They don't consider the backlash to their employees for their decisions.
