Work was easy if you're a face paced individual, able to be left alone and work through your load.
Cons
Management very condescending with irrational expectations of employees. Employees who are weaker are constantly harassed both over walkies and in person Very small raises given, no matter how much praise you get on a daily basis and during reviews, told only way to make any more money than $.30 raises every year was to become management.
